These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our facilities and services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Bogey’s Indoor Golf facilities if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

*1. GENERAL*

1.1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Bogey’s Indoor Golf and all services provided within the facility.

1.2. Responsible Use: Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

*2. Booking and Reservations*

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online through our website, mobile app, or in-person at the facility.

2.2. Payment: Full Payment is required at the time of the booking.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 HOURS in advance or a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

*3. Equipment Use*

3.1. Trackman Simulators: Patrons are responsible for the using the trackman simulators in a safe and respectful manner. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO MISUSE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PATRON.

3.2. Footwear: Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. No golf spikes or outdoor shoes allowed.

3.3. Club Use: Patrons may bring their own clubs, please ensure that the clubs are clean and free of dirt, you may also use your own ball as long as it is free of any ball sharpie and free of dirt or any other marking not from factory.

*4. Conduct and Safety*

4.1. Safety Briefing: Patrons are required to attend a safety briefing before using the Trackman Simulators.

4.2. Alcohol and Drugs: The Consumption of alcohol must be purchased from Bogey’s Indoor Golf, no outside alcohol is permitted, any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

4.3. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere within the facility.

*5. Liability*

5.1. Liability Waiver: Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Bogey’s Indoor Golf from any liability of injuries or damages incurred during their visit.

5.2. Insurance: We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

*6. Privacy Policy*

6.1. Data Collection: We may collect personal information for booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

6.2. Security: We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.

*7. Changes to Terms and Conditions*

7.1. Amendments: Bogey’s Indoor Golf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
